Rainbow Ripple Blanket by Daisy Cottage Designs
By Lauren on February 26, 2014
I’m loving this ripple crochet blanket! Isn’t it fantastic when a color scheme comes together just the way you imagine it? I’ve been working a lot with muted colors – light pinks, grays, yellows. Sometimes I just need to switch it up a little bit to get the crochet creativity flowing again.
I used my classic ripple crochet pattern to make this gorgeous blanket. You can find that pattern here.
For the original blanket, I used a random stripe pattern. I was a little more deliberate with this blanket.
I used these shades. I just used yarn from my stash so I don’t recall the specific colors:
2 rows of blue
2 rows of white
2 rows of green
2 rows of red
2 rows of pink
2 rows of white
2 rows of blue
2 rows of yellow
Just repeat this pattern making sure you end on blue!

Lovely colours Lauren. Very 'happy' vibes from them! I am bout half way through a baby ripple blanket. My colours r more pale. Pink white n a blue n pink mix. Trying really hard to stick at it! I'm renouned for not finishing bigger projects such as these!
